All content on this website—including but not limited to cinematic product videos, high-resolution images, logo designs, flat die-cut packaging templates, and text—is the exclusive property of Apollo Fashion. Unauthorized use, downloading, or re-uploading of our videos and visual assets by third-party pages or counterfeiters is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor intellectual property violations and will issue immediate copyright strikes and pursue legal action against unauthorized usage.

Product Accuracy & Materials

We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and premium fabrics (such as China Spandex or Chinese Popcorn) of our Panjabis as accurately as possible. However, exact color representation may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. All orders are subject to material and inventory availability based on real-time SKU tracking.

Pricing, Billing & Order Processing

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable standard taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure mobile banking/card payments.
• Upon placing an order, our automated system generates an invoice and logs the entry for courier dispatch. Customers will receive order confirmation and tracking details automatically.

Delivery Policy

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka (including Lakshmipur & all other districts): Delivery is typically completed within 3 to 5 business days.
• In cases of force majeure (extreme weather, political unrest, or courier network disruptions), Apollo Fashion will proactively notify customers of any expected delays.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of our Panjabis. In accordance with consumer rights regulations:

• Eligibility: You may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or if the wrong SKU/size was delivered.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the Panjabi must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original customized box with all woven labels and hang tags fully intact.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the customer's original payment method or designated mobile banking account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
