Introduction

At Apollo Fashion, we strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the e-Commerce Association of Bangladesh (e-CAB) and the National Digital Commerce Policy (SOP 2021). We are committed to ensuring that your premium Panjabis are delivered safely, transparently, and within the stipulated regulatory timeframes.

Delivery Coverage & Standard Timeframes

We offer nationwide delivery across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. In compliance with e-CAB and Ministry of Commerce regulations, our delivery timeframes are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka City: 1 to 3 business days (Maximum legal limit: 5 days).
• Outside Dhaka (Including Lakshmipur & all other districts): 3 to 5 business days (Maximum legal limit: 10 days).
• Note: The delivery countdown begins from the moment your order is confirmed and the invoice is generated.

Order Processing & Courier Handover

• As per e-CAB SOP, all confirmed orders will be processed and handed over to our registered courier partners within 48 to 72 hours of order placement.
• All our Panjabis are securely packed in our customized flat die-cut brand boxes. An automated printed invoice detailing the exact SKU, price, and customer details will be attached to the package.

Delivery Charges & Transparency

• Delivery charges are strictly based on your location (Inside Dhaka vs. Outside Dhaka) and will be transparently displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your order. There are no hidden fees.

Order Tracking & Communication

In accordance with digital commerce guidelines, once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automatic confirmation via SMS or Email. This will include the courier's name and your parcel's tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. For COD, you must pay the total invoice amount to the delivery rider before receiving the parcel.
• Advance Payment Protection: If you make an advance payment via Mobile Banking or Card and we fail to deliver the product within the stipulated maximum timeframe (5 days inside Dhaka, 10 days outside), you are entitled to a full refund within 7 to 10 working days, as per Bangladesh Bank and e-CAB regulations.
• Please check the external condition of the customized Apollo Fashion box in front of the rider. Delivery riders are not authorized to allow trial or fitting before payment.

Unforeseen Delays (Force Majeure)

In the event of extreme weather conditions, political unrest, national emergencies, or unexpected courier network disruptions, delivery may be delayed beyond standard timeframes. In such cases, the Apollo Fashion team will proactively notify you via phone or SMS regarding the revised delivery schedule.
